1. Information You Provide (Contact Form)

When you reach out using the contact form on our website, we ask for:

  • Name: Used to address you properly in our reply.
  • Email Address: Used strictly to write back to your inquiry.
  • Message: The questions, project specifications, or feedback you choose to share.
How it works: Submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS and forwarded to a private Discord webhook to notify Rishmika instantly. Messages are never stored in a public database or shared with third parties.

2. Privacy-Friendly Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to gauge website performance and general popularity. This service collects aggregate, anonymous data such as:

  • Total page visits & view counts
  • General country/region of origin
  • Browser & device category (mobile/desktop)
  • Referring URLs (e.g. GitHub, Twitter)

Vercel Analytics does not store your IP address, does not use personal tracking identifiers, and does not track you across different websites.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

This website does not utilize advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We only make use of your browser's local storage for user preferences:

Theme & Accent: Remembers your choice of light/dark theme and your preferred accent color (Red, Blue, or Yellow) so your selection persists on your next visit.
Third-Party Widgets: The optional “Buy Me a Coffee” widget operates under its own privacy policy if you choose to support my work.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of the personal information you transmit to us. You are entitled to:

  • Request a copy of any message you have sent us.
  • Request immediate and permanent deletion of your contact records and email address.
  • Withdraw permission for any ongoing project discussions.
